Users are using more than 2 or 3 applications consistently to communicate with friends and family daily, but some features are missing to enhance the value of communication. We need the next-gen-messaging.

In May of 2013, Verizon with Frog Design finished a successful program with our group and began discussing the Future of Communications.

Over the next several months, we iterated on a program that would ultimately result in a 3-phased approach.
